    Not Loser Related but Awesome

    So I got my tax returns and I bought a new bowling ball ... and I wanted to share it with everyone ... here it is

    Well we didn't do so well this week, but we took a trip to the Vitamin store and had a good conversation with the lady there and learned some new stuff so this week we are switching up the way we have been dieting and working out in hopes that we get a better result ....

    Week 3

    So I know I haven't blogged much this week it has been a really busy one ... life is normally hecktic and now squeezing my work out into that has made it even more hecktic ... but I am doing it and I lost another 3 lbs for a total of 11 lbs so far ... I am so proud of myself ... Mom only lost another pound but it was could out and she didn't get to walk as much at work like she did last week ... we are going to try and walk the monument stairs today but it is still reather cold here in Ohio so I don't know if we will end up walking them ... hope all of your journey's are going well ...

    Challenge #2

    Well me and mom went and did our challenge last night ... it was fun ... i had never seen my mom play basketball before ... it took us about 13 minutes and we made a total of 12 baskets out of 50! Last bad i know but it was great exercise ... tomorrow monring is our weigh in and i am excited to see how much i have lost this week ... keep strong!!!Girl

    Bottles

    Well it is Hump Day and I am not doing as well as last week, the cold I am getting over is kicking my butt ... but on a good note me and mom got our britta filter for life green bottles today!!!

    Thoughts

    So I am a big gadget person and I love my iPod and today was payday so I decided to invest in a new gadget ... I bought a new pair of Nike+ running shoes and the Nike + iPod sport kit ... this thing is awesome ... it has a little sensor that sits in your shoe under your insole and then you conect the plug to you iPod and it tracks your distance, pace, time, and calories burned ... then when you conect your iPod to the computer all the data is transfer on to you computer ... it's amazing ... not to mention my shoes are really comfortable ...
     
    On another note me and Mom ran the Monument stairs last Saturday and have decide to go back every weekend ... this things are killer ... but a super good workout ... we are going to take a picture this Saturday and post it for all of you to see ...

    Week One

    So we did our weekly weigh in this morning and I lost 5 lbs which I think is awesome ... Mom only lost 1 lbs but in all fairness in the past year and a half she has lost about 125 lbs so she is trying to get back to the routine she lost over the holidays ... I have high hopes for us both ... this time next week I would like to lose 10 lbs ... I know that is a high hope but if I can lose 5 lbs over a week where I was fighting a cold I think I can do 10 this week ... Mom would like to lose 3 - 5 lbs this week ... Open-mouthed

    Ending the first week

    So as the first week of my diet and working out comes to an end I find myself more determined than ever to accomplish my goals ... and so far my will-power had been stronger than ever also ... which is all very well ... I just have to keep strong from here on out ... Island with a palm tree

    Here We Go

    So me and Mom are big fan of the Biggest Loser and we decide to join this challenge ... so here we go ... Hot
